General meeting room guidelines
- Please book all meeting rooms via the Robin booking platform (more details below).
- Room bookings should be no longer than 2 hours (maximum).
- Please arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled time or your booking is void.
- Recurring bookings are not allowed.
- Please leave the room how you found it, with all chairs accounted for.
- If you brought something in, please take it when you leave.
- Please return any lost items to the front desk. If you find a lost item, please take it to the front desk.
- Please use designated spaces for sales calls. Be mindful that this is a shared space and making calls in open space or hallways is distracting. Use meeting rooms or the common area in the kitchens for calls.
- Please recycle and dispose of your waste appropriately. OneEleven uses a centralized waste system to encourage proper disposal behaviour and improve office diversion rates. Four types of bins are located around the space: garbage, compost, paper, and beverage containers / numbered plastics.
- If you’d like to book the main boardroom or have additional meeting space requirements, please reach out to the front desk.
