General meeting room guidelines

  1. Please book all meeting rooms via the Robin booking platform (more details below).
  2. Room bookings should be no longer than 2 hours (maximum).
  3. Please arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled time or your booking is void.
  4. Recurring bookings are not allowed.
  5. Please leave the room how you found it, with all chairs accounted for.
  6. If you brought something in, please take it when you leave.
  7. Please return any lost items to the front desk. If you find a lost item, please take it to the front desk.
  8. Please use designated spaces for sales calls. Be mindful that this is a shared space and making calls in open space or hallways is distracting. Use meeting rooms or the common area in the kitchens for calls.
  9. Please recycle and dispose of your waste appropriately. OneEleven uses a centralized waste system to encourage proper disposal behaviour and improve office diversion rates. Four types of bins are located around the space: garbage, compost, paper, and beverage containers / numbered plastics.
  10. If you’d like to book the main boardroom or have additional meeting space requirements, please reach out to the front desk.
