Short-term (i.e. daily) non-member guests are welcome and remain the sole responsibility of the hosting member.

All visitors must check in upon arrival using the Elia iPad at the front desk.

Visitors will be asked to complete the check-in form, and a visitor badge will be printed. Guests are required to wear their badge for the duration of their visit.

Once checked in, the host will be notified of their guest’s arrival and is expected to meet and escort the visitor to their office space or meeting room if entering secure areas. All visitors must be accompanied by or working directly with a member at all times while within the space.

For larger groups, events, or longer-term guest needs, please coordinate in advance with the front desk or email [email protected]. We can bulk add visitors and enable QR code check-in to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
