Oxford uses HID Mobile Access, which allows your phone to function as your key card.

Getting Set Up

• Your mobile access will be requested during onboarding
• You will receive an email from HID Mobile Access with setup instructions
• Follow the steps to activate your mobile key

Once activated, you can use your phone to:

• Unlock building doors
• Access the gym and other amenities
• Access elevators and your designated floor after hours

Need to Request or Re-Request Access?

If you:

• Didn’t receive your setup email
• Got a new phone
• Lost access

You can request access directly at any time:

Option 1 (via OxComm)

1. Log into OxComm
2. Go to Building Requests → Access Cards
3. Click “Request Access” and submit your information
