Disclaimer: In the event that you leave a OneEleven member company, or your company is no longer a member of OneEleven, you cannot redeem or transfer any remaining points. Points are not interchangeable with cash. OneEleven is able to add or remove points from any participant as well as change the value of points and prizes at their discretion. Participating in OneEleven programming without using your member company's work email makes you ineligible to claim points for said programming.

Earning Points

You can collect points by participating in any of the eligible programs below from April 1st, 2023 onward. Previously issued badges will be grandfathered in but previously attended sessions will not. Only current OneEleven member companies can participate. Not all points will reflect instantly. Some points may take up to 5 business days to reflect on your account.

Important note: You must sign up / register with your company email to earn points.

  1. Sprints

    1. Sessions — earn 100 points for every sprint session attended
    2. Sprint badges — earn 500 points for every sprint badge earned

    Note: You can only earn one badge per sprint in perpetuity (e.g. Marketing, Leadership, CS, Product). However, you can still earn session points for every individual sprint session you attend even if you already hold a badge for that sprint.

  2. Programming (excludes community events, socials, and services such as headshots)

    1. Lunch & Learns / Workshops — earn 100 points for every session attended
    2. Peer groups — earn 100 points for participating in a peer groups

  3. Office Hours — earn 50 points for every meeting attended. Only on eligible office hours — look for a ⭐ next to the description.

  4. LMS (on-demand)

    1. Sessions — earn 50 points for every session completed
    2. Sprints — earn 250 points for every full sprint completed (i.e. all sessions in a sprint completed). Note that completing LMS sprints does not earn you a badge.

  5. Surveys — earn 50 points for completing OneEleven surveys

  6. Member generated content — earn 50 points for every social media post tagging OneEleven on LinkedIn or Twitter
