Our 55,000 square foot office space is equipped with many amenities for your convenience.
Our main kitchen area has a toaster and several microwaves and fridges for your use, along with utensils, mugs, plates, etc.
We have 3 coffee and tea stations set up throughout the space, and filtered water available at select sinks. There is also a carbonated water dispenser and an ice machine in the main kitchen.
There are two ping pong tables and a foosball table available in the main kitchen area for community use.
We have a wellness room with curtained rooms for breaks for meditation, movement, quiet rest or prayer that is available to everybody.
There is a fully equipped podcast studio available for community use.
The Underground Gourmet cafe is available on the lower level (LL) of 325 Front St. W and is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 2:30pm. Enjoy the convenience of an on site cafeteria serving breakfast pastries and a selection of Grab & Go sandwiches, salads, desserts and snacks. Catering services are also available offering a wide selection of fresh, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
